Revision Policy

We offer revisions based on the package you select. Customers benefit from unlimited free revisions, provided the theme and layout remain unchanged. Revisions typically have a turnaround time of 24 – 72 hours.

 

Turnaround Time

Webizion maintains a 24 – 72 hour turnaround for most digital services. This timeframe applies to individual iterations during the development process, not the entire project duration. The time needed for revisions may range from 48 to 72 hours.

 

Examples:

  • Orders or revisions requested on Monday will be delivered by Wednesday.
  • Orders or revisions requested on Friday will be delivered by the end of Tuesday.

 

Communication Policy

Emails exchanged through our official address, “[email protected]“, are considered valid forms of communication. We are not responsible for any issues, delays, or damages resulting from contact made through unofficial channels. We take full responsibility for all information provided via our official domains.

 

Quality Assurance Policy

Our unlimited revisions policy ensures that you are completely satisfied. We don’t stop working on your website until it meets your expectations, with revisions provided based on your package / project agreement.

 

Delivery Policy

Your completed order will be sent to the designated account by the date confirmed in your Order Confirmation. A confirmation email will also be sent. Delivery times vary based on the package selected, with a minimum turnaround time of two business days. Websites will only go live once all outstanding balances have been cleared. For rush orders, please contact our support team.

 

Website Ownership & Rights

Upon finalization, the client will receive full credentials and 100% ownership rights to the finalized website. While the client retains ownership of the final design, all materials used during the revision process remain the property of Webizion.

 

Content Creation & Population

Webizion is not responsible for creating or populating content unless this has been purchased as an additional service. If content creation is part of the package, we will develop custom content and source images, subject to client approval. The client remains responsible for providing product details and images for eCommerce sites.

 

N.D.A. & Reputation Management Policy

Webizion maintains strict confidentiality regarding client projects and information. After successful project completion, both parties agree not to defame or disparage the other.

 

Record Maintenance

Webizion retains records of finalized product deliveries and all communication for reference.

 

Customer Support

Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM GMT. Queries after business hours should be submitted through the Team Works Account section and will be addressed the following business day.

 

Technical Support Policy

Webizion offers design and development services along with limited technical support. We provide basic guidance on services and settings but do not offer in-depth training or installation for those services on the client’s end. This may include, but is not limited to, configurations of website, email, third-party addons, etc.

 

Example:

A Hosting server provided by the client (purchased from a Third Party)
In the event the website is hosted on a third-party hosting purchased by the client, Webizion will not be held responsible for any kind of server or hosting-related issues. Hosting provided by Webizion is a free service included to the client as an added feature without any cost.

 

After-sales Policy

Our business is built on honesty, fairness, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. To ensure your website functions as expected, we offer 30 days of complimentary maintenance after delivery. However, please note that this guarantee becomes void if there is any third-party involvement or installation of new add-ons without our prior knowledge.
